Description:
5 year old lop ear bunny. Was neglected in a basement for about 4 years. Only saw someone when they remembered to feed the bunny. Currently staying in my 8 year old son's room so will have some activity for part of the day, quiet like she's used to during school hours. Very good with being petted. Not jumpy unless you try to pick her up.
Vet tells me she should be spayed because female rabbits tend to get tumors if they are not spayed. We will need a sponsor for this as the quote was $200. We will be shopping around. :)
Vet also tells me that her back teeth are doing ok, but may need filing in the future. She recommends checking the teeth every 3 months. We will need a sponsor for this as well if she is not adopted by then. An exam/office call for a rabbit runs $45.
Isis weighed 8.7 lbs at the vet on June 1.
