Description: Mykah is a brindle American Pit Bull Terrier. He is just over 2 years old.
He hasn't really been around other dogs or cats at all so when he sees them the owner feels he is very aggressive towards them. The owner's mom has a rat terrier and he does well with her just plays to hard & can't distinguish big dog and small dog. He is good with children just as long as they don't rush up on him and has been around ages 5 and older. Mykah is crate trained, he tends to chew innapropriately if left unattended. He is housetrained, sits by the door to say he needs out. He prefers women, takes a minute for him to warm up to a man. He likes to play fetch. The owner is finding it hard to find a place to live that will accept an APBT. The owner feels buying a house (cannot afford) or putting him to sleep are the only options at this point. The owner doesn't want him in a traditional humane society due to the potential for him (due to breed reputation only) would be euthanized. Please help us find Mykah a home.
