I encourage you to sign up for our email newsletter. If there are things happening at the shelter, new animals arriving or special events, we will announce them here as well as on the website. This is a very low volume list, newsletter only.

If you have a friend interested in adopting your pet, please refer them to me as you would be a foster and no longer the owner. I require that all pets be spayed or neutered prior to placing them in a new home. That means if your pet is still intact, you will need to take him to the vet and get the job done. If your pet needs to be updated on shots, that too is your responsibility while the animal is in your care. Pet ownership is all about responsibility to another life. That fuzzy little life is your responsibility until you are able to find it an appropriate home.
